Youth Support Groups
GLBTQ youth participate in structured support groups. Groups for ages 14-20 are held on Monday nights in Charlottesville and Tuesday nights in Richmond. See right sidebar for more information about times and topics.
Our Youth Center
Our center contains a youth lounge, a library, foosball, snacks, games, wii, wii fit, guitar hero, videos, and other stuff you might find interesting.
Drop-In Hours
Each week ROSMY is open for youth to drop by and use our resources.
Youth support line (YSL)
This phone and internet connection helps youth to be able to contact a trained operator for support, information and referrals. The Youth Support Line number is 888-644-4390. The e-mail address is youthsupport@rosmy.org.
Youth Engaged in Leadership (YEL)
For youth who are interested in developing leadership skills and becoming peer leaders and role models. YEL provides training in public speaking, board service, orienting new youth, outreach, leading workshops, and more.
Volunteer Training & Opportunities
Training is offered regularly and available in two locations: Richmond and Charlottesville. Click on "Volunteers" at the top of the page for more information about schedules and locations. We need (and appreciate) your help!
